Returns and Exchanges POLICY
At this time, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you order your exact size. Check out our sizing charts. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled or damaged. If that’s the case, please let us know at kreroyalbrands@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your name, order number and photos of the mislabeled or damaged item, and we will send you a store credit for the purchase price of the item you ordered!
International Shipping
It's recommended to use Express or Premium for the best shipping experience. International shipments must use Express or Premium where US orders will have the option to use Economy (excludes US territories, Alaska & APO addresses).
